We started having an issue with the Note field in occurrences. When entering text it cuts off at a certain point. I checked the database and the full text is present in the database but not showing up in the field after updating the post and not showing on the front end. I thought it might be a character limit but it has happened when using less characters as well.
Please let me know what the issue could be and how to correct it, if possible.

Hi Brian, do you have a link for where this is happening. And is it in a single event page, event listing, or both? If both, thanks for providing URLs to each.
All I could find on the homepage is an Event Module, which BTW has been deprecated. A few years ago, we added the ability to display Event Listings in columns, which does a much better job and provides a substantial amount of added flexibility: https://docs.ventureeventmanager.com/custom-event-list-layouts/

It seems to only be happening with a specific event. URL: https://www.etsfl.com/event/lean-six-sigma-green-belt-certification/
I can provide you with admin access if you’d like. Just need an email address.
I’ll look into the newer event listings as you suggessted after we get this sorted out.

Hi Brian, that helps a great deal! The notes field is designed to be a text only field so it’s not going to process HTML. It looks like you have manual paragraph and line breaks in the copy, which will absolutely cause issues.
From what I can see here, each of those Sessions should be an actual occurrence and “Tuesday, July 13, 2021, 8:00AM” should be the event. In order to only have a single “Enroll Now” button show for the entire event, regardless how many occurrences show, you could only include the Ticket URL for the very last occurrence, which would them place it at the end of the occurrence list.
There are a few other options available such as leaving “Tuesday, July 13, 2021, 8:00AM” and “Thursday, September 2, 2021, 8:00AM” occurrences and listing each session times using the “Event Custom Field Sets” option. those are ready-made frontend lists and you can see how they are used and displayed at https://docs.ventureeventmanager.com/creating-and-editing-events/. If you go that route, I would place those under the Occurrence module in the display order settings.July 5, 2021 at 12:06 pm #187
Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately, neither of these will work for our client. So I just tried shortening the list of dates by changing the year from 4 digits to 2 digits (“21” instead of “2021”) and that seems to be working fine.

That sounds great, you may also want to see about editing the universal date formatting inside WP to match.
